Chicken noodle stuffing casserole posted by Sara


3-4 cup diced cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken
1 cup sour cream
9-10 oz egg noodles

Cook noodles and mix with sour cream, soup and cooked chicken. Put in 9X13 pan and cover with one box of stove top stuffing.
Melt 3/4 cup butter or margarine and add 2 chicken bouillon cubes and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Then pour over stove top stuffing.
Bake at 350' for 30 minutes

This is a family favorite that we got from Nicky. We love to eat it with corn bread and a veggie.
