Yummy Homemade Hot Cocoa, posted by Megan

Ingredients:
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
Dash of salt
1/3 c. hot water
4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
In a medium sized saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa, & salt; blend in the water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Boil & stir for 2 minutes. Add milk; stir and heat to serving temperature. Do not boil once milk is added. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Beat with a wire whisk until foamy.

Another option to make this, rather than on the stovetop, is in a Cocoamotion Machine. I use mine for this recipe and all I do is add all the ingredients into the machine, put the lid on, and hit start... it does the rest of the work and stops once it is at the right temperature! I LOVE it! :)
