Char's Chicken Fruit Salad, posted by Megan

Salad:
1 pkg Bowtie Pasta, cooked al dente
1 pkg Rainbow corkscrew pasta, cooked al dente
4 chicken breasts, poached and shredded
2-3 celery sticks, chopped
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
Red or green grapes, halved
Cashews (optional)

Dressing:
1 C. Mayo or miracle whip
2-3 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
2-3 Tbs Sugar
salt & pepper (to taste)
pinch of Nutmeg

Combine all the salad ingredients then mix dressing and stir! Chill for 2 hours before serving! This is a super yummy salad that gets rave reviews!!! Adam got this from a co-worker a few years a go and it is now our favorite! Enjoy!
